THERMÁL vendégház

The location and accommodation were fine, though the lodging could use a bit of refurbishment; since we spent evenings outside the house or at the pool, the room size and other details didn’t matter much to us. We mainly just slept there. We didn’t like the other guests—quite a few young men behaved disrespectfully toward other residents at night. The owners were very kind and addressed our complaint in the middle of the night immediately and were very courteous. The accommodation could use a bit of refurbishment.

“Pobyt na jedną noc”

The property is close to the pools, clean, and cheaper than nearby locations. The room is tiny, lacks air conditioning, and you have to leave the room to go to a separate bathroom.

The only thing we liked was how close the hotel was to the thermal pool, but the place was a mess: piles of dirt under the beds, dust everywhere, dead flies on the floor, and spiders in every corner. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned for years, covered in old sticky grime, and the same was true of the kitchen—any item we wanted to use had to be washed first. I won’t even mention the garden furniture, which was all old and dirty; the whole area around the house was poorly maintained. It was a complete disaster, and you shouldn’t send any guests there, let alone have to pay for it. I wish I had taken photos, but I only captured a single chair on the balcony, and you can judge for yourself from that picture.

The hotel is very far from the city center. There was no hand soap or large towel in the bathroom, so I had to bring everything myself. There was no air conditioning. The price of the stay was reasonable.
