Polzeath Beach House is a 2020 contemporary boutique hotel overlooking Polzeath Beach, a 2-minute walk from the sea and large sandy beach. The hotel features connecting bedrooms, suites, and an accessible room with wet-room, as well as cots and Z-beds available on request. Each room has a TV, Nespresso machine, and complimentary pods, with free Wi-Fi throughout. The Atlantic Bar & Kitchen offers Mediterranean-style dining with a sea-view terrace.

One of the cutest boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail shows attention to it. I’ll stay again.

Great location and comfortable rooms. The rubbish truck below the window was noisy early in the morning.

The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant is great. The lift was out of order, but we were warned beforehand and it was being fixed.

Breakfast was good: fresh pastries, cereals, yoghurt, toast, juice were free, and there were plenty of paid options. The room was small and had no air‑con, but it was newly painted and well appointed for its size.
