Despite arriving late because our car broke down, the assistance team came to tow it onto the parking lot 😔 Their welcome and empathy were fantastic. They were available and helped us manage our stress, even shifting their service a bit so we could dine. Everything at the establishment was perfect, the room was very clean and typical Basque in style. The dinner and breakfast were delightful 😋, full of local terroir and high quality 😋. Thank you for the warm welcome.
