The place is in a great spot and the rates were right for the COP30, but the room was a bit dirty and the bathrooms left a lot to be desired.

The old house had a charming vibe and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathrooms were old and dirty.

The hostel sits in a great spot and the team—especially Estephanny—was attentive and solved problems quickly. However, the cleaning fell apart during peak days, the check‑in was chaotic, and the building was still under renovation with no AC or working Wi‑Fi in the coworking area. The kitchen was just a sink and microwave, and the only bathroom was at reception. It was basically a stop‑gap for COP30 guests.

There was hardly anything good here; everything that a decent hostel should have was missing or below standard.

The hostel is in a fantastic, quiet area with plenty of food options nearby, but the facilities are a mess—bathrooms are on different floors, the shower is separate, and you have to climb stairs just to shower. Waste segregation is ignored, cleaning is done by receptionists who aren't trained, and the kitchen and workspace are unfinished. The fridge in the rooms is noisy, and the staff, while friendly, lack real hospitality experience. Without a proper manager on site, many problems just linger.
