I was welcomed warmly, thanks in part to a helpful doorman. The lady at the front desk offered me a complimentary drink. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the river and a lovely shopping centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Dinner in the evening was also delightful with friendly service. Nothing to complain about. The internet went down for a moment, but that’s not unusual.

The location is very good. The staff are kind and ready to accommodate special requests. We missed breakfast, so they supplied us with a take‑away meal. The cleaning service could be better.

The room was clean. The staff were pleasant even though we arrived very late (23:45). The bar was welcoming. The location is good. Nothing else to mention.
