The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the front desk staff really let us down. They seemed put off by even the simplest questions, like asking where the trash bin was. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was really nicely done, but the lack of a chair or any seating area was a bit of a letdown. It was basically just the bed or nothing.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and the price was unbeatable. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it didn't bother me too much. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed, so I was happy to overlook that.
