The view from the location is stunning, but the pool feels old and poorly maintained, the bed linen needs updating, and the bath towels are worn and rough. The bathroom looked clean at first glance, yet a strong unpleasant odor near the sink suggests a lack of disinfectant use. On the bright side, the mattress is very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sebastiano, and the bathroom and room were clean. The location was optimal and the hosts were excellent. The only downside was the abundance of wasps.
The bathroom was great, the sea and Etna views were stunning, the place was quiet, and the host was very friendly.

The location is unbeatable, yet everything else was awful: the place was filthy, the lady never changed the sheets for arriving guests, we had to sweep the floor, there was no water bottle, the pool was filthy, and early in the morning there were loud TV, vacuum cleaner, and the lady upstairs shouting at the owner.
“Super miejsce dla osob chcacych wybrac sie na Etne”
The kids loved the pool; it’s not large, but in August heat it’s a great feature. No complaints.
