Everything was excellent, matching the online description and meeting our expectations, but the room was missing a kettle.

Never again will I return to this hotel; the service is awful, charging $10 per hour for an early check‑in—something I've never seen in a hotel—and despite our polite request, the staff were indifferent. The breakfasts were simply horrible, overcrowded, and it was impossible to eat on site with only five tables for about a hundred people.
