The location was good, though I initially thought it was a hotel and it wasn’t. Getting in was tricky because you have to go through three doors. The room itself is a bit dark. The dark room and the need to open three doors were the only downsides.

The spot was close to the metro and tourist spots, and they let you drop off your luggage after check‑out, which was handy so I could still explore the area.

Many sights are within walking distance, and the view from the balcony is perfect for a city trip. The only problem was the smell in the stairwell.

The room was fine and clean, and the bathroom was very modern. I expected a hotel with a lobby and reception; when I asked about early check‑in to leave luggage and return later, I found a lockbox with a key that stayed locked until the tourist tax was paid on a website. Make sure your phone has enough battery to handle that. Ainie was very friendly and helpful, which softened the rocky start. The air‑conditioning was marginal at best. The location is great. Paying for the tourist tax when booking would cut out the frustration of standing in front of a locked door and dealing with a website payment before getting the lockbox code.

The location was amazing, everything was clean and ready when I arrived, which is great for solo travelers who need a place to go. The instructions to enter the property were a bit confusing, but the owner was happy to help.
