The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a bit of a nuisance. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ethan, who went out of his way to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did have a bit of a problem with the shower, which was a bit temperamental. Overall, it was a decent stay, but Ethan's attitude was a bit off-putting at times.
