“Not professional”
Breakfast was included in package but charged for 3days. I stayed for 7 days. The front office team refused to refund the amount which they charged extra.The front office manager didn't consider our request for refund
The place is great value, but the facilities could use improvement.
“Local fave for a night”
I'm a local, grew up around here, so it was cool to stay at this hotel for a night and revisit some old haunts. The location is definitely a plus, but that's about it - I didn't get much of a chance to explore the hotel itself. Still, it was a decent place to crash for a night.
When I arrived, the hotel told me the room was full even though I had a confirmation message; they said my booking wasn’t confirmed, so I had to wait over an hour before I could find another hotel.
“Friendly staff, but room issues”
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and went out of their way to help, plus they cleaned the room every day which was great. However, I did find a cockroach in my room which was a bit of a shock, and the bedsheets had a weird smell that wasn't pleasant. To make matters worse, it was super noisy due to its proximity to the road - I get that it's a trade-off, but some soundproofing would've been nice. Overall, a mixed experience.
