The hotel's location is its biggest draw - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to most major attractions.
The hot tub and kiddie pool are definite pluses.
The hotel itself is nothing special, but the staff more than make up for it.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need.

I really loved everything—service, immaculate cleanliness, and the staff were genuinely adorable. I highly recommend this 5‑star hotel; thank you for an incredible stay.
“Good staff, good location, bad smoking smell”
The location was good, but the place smelled terribly of cigarettes.
“It’s a good stay”
The hospitality, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. The restaurant room needs minor maintenance on the air conditioners; occasionally, a few drops of water fall onto the table while having breakfast.
“Beautiful and historic”
The location was great.
“Accessible and value for money”
The staff were great, helpful, and focused on service. Booking was easy, and I could pay at the hotel. The bathroom could use a bidet upgrade, and there should be a breakfast option when choosing the best package that includes paying at the hotel.
