The staff’s attention and friendliness, the breakfast, the facilities, security, and peace of mind were excellent. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, shops, malls, the cable car station, supermarket, etc., all within walking distance. The only downside was that our room had no air conditioning and it was very hot, but they provided a fan. The room key cards stopped working several times during the day, but they fixed the issue.
