A small, cozy spot with a superb breakfast, restaurants and a market just a walk away. It feels more private than hotels. The tea selection is a nice touch. The hosts are wonderful. Easy to drive to various Cairngorms locations. Thanks Jim and Lorraine.

The spot is spot on, breakfast was lovely, the room was nice with a comfy bed and a good shower, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. Nothing else was an issue – everything was great!

Jim and Lorraine gave me loads of great suggestions, like spotting gannets in Nairns. The breakfast was fantastic, with many freshly cooked options each morning, served by Jim himself. The place sits in a quiet spot, close to the city centre and the train station. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The place was clean and in a good location. The owner explained everything when I checked in and gave a long demo on how to lock the front door – we have identical locks and my husband is a joiner. Breakfast was lovely. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; there were two mattresses stacked on top of each other, making it hard to shift, and I was awake most of the night because of the discomfort.
