The rooms were combined: a 2 BHK house was split and shared with several people, and a single bedroom with an attached bathroom was booked for one, which was very uncomfortable for families because of the shared hall that wasn’t mentioned during booking. It was a terrible experience. Hot water didn’t come on, no soap was provided, and no water bottle was supplied.
