The facilities were fine, but the pool restaurant never restocked food and the entertainment felt slow and boring.

Jonay, the guy who did our check‑in, was very attentive and stayed friendly throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect; the room was spotless, and although we entered on a Thursday, the staff gave us a walk‑through on Friday, which we appreciated. Most people we interacted with were kind, some just neutral, but overall the stay was a 10 and we’ll return. I didn’t like that the pools had few shaded areas and guests were not considerate, leaving their towels on shaded hammocks for hours even though the rules forbid reserving them; I was also bothered that no one warned guests who refilled their bottles or glasses from the water machine, despite a sign saying they shouldn’t; I avoided that machine because it seemed gross, as people touched the bottle rim where it meets the dispenser; finally, the elevator area in floor 4 smelled awful, as if there were drainage problems, and the odor was horrible.

“Buscaba más comodidad”

The rooms were comfortable and very cozy, but there were no umbrellas at the pool and the food was very repetitive between lunch and dinner.

The premises were very spacious with many amenities; the rooms and bathrooms were good quality, but the food was very repetitive and we missed more variety.
