The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had everything needed (tea, water, toiletries, etc.), but the sound insulation was a bit poor; throughout the night I could hear the hum from the neighbour’s air‑conditioner or kitchen refrigerators even though the window was tightly shut.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel sits nicely in the center of Khust, though not on the main road so the traffic noise was absent. The room was tidy and convenient, complete with a kettle, tea, and bottled water. The restaurant served tasty food, and there was a convenient park on the hotel grounds. A small balcony offered a view of Khust Castle. The bathroom came with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Everything was satisfactory.

We had a very good stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and truly relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home from the start. A big plus was the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. This is definitely a place we’ll gladly return to. I recommend it!
