We were really impressed with the location of this place - it's in a great spot with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, and the services were top-notch. It's a shame that there's no negative to report, but we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location of this place is great, and the manager was really helpful and accommodating. However, the rooms themselves were a bit of a letdown - they were grubby, there was no hot water, and the aircon didn't work. And to make matters worse, we were woken up every morning at 5am by the shutters being opened. It's a shame, because the manager was really nice, but the rooms were a major issue.

The hotel's prime location is its biggest selling point, but the constant noise from the main road outside is a real drawback. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely bathroom that was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but it would have been nice to have a kettle with some tea bags and coffee sachets in the room.

The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths, right in the heart of the city. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place - it could've been a lot better. The facilities were also somewhat limited, which was a bit of a letdown. On top of that, the breakfast was a major disappointment, with not much variety and poor quality food.
