“Stay here two different times this week. It didn’t look like much on the ground but everything else was great.”

The location was convenient, with a gas station next door and a side road that made getting around easier; the rooms and office looked recently remodeled, and I saw a crew painting and working outside. The parking lot, however, needs new stripes and a resurfacing.

The main draw was the location, and the room was clean. Breakfast could use more variety.

“Horrible staff and hospitality”

The lobby looked nice, which is the only thing I can say positively about it. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, and it was frustrating that there was no one on site—having to talk to someone through a kiosk was a bad experience. The building looks awful from the outside, and the rooms match that poor appearance; I would not recommend this place.

“It was very relaxing”

I really enjoyed breakfast, especially the gravy, and the staff were always smiling and friendly. Every morning I’d greet the kiosk guy, and he was consistently sweet and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay that I appreciated.

“I booked a non-smoking room, received a smelly smoking room. Was told Booking.com made the error and there was not a no”

The location was fine, but the hotel was still in a shabby state after last year's renovation, which seemed to have run out of funds. The free breakfast was disappointing.
