The location was good, the place was clean, the breakfast decent, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly, but the street was a bit noisy, the air‑conditioning was out of order, and there were still hot‑water issues—this was my fourth visit, and the first time I had problems, so I didn’t complain.

The hotel sits nicely in the city center with 24/7 reception; the room was spacious with a double bed, couch, and a really nice bathroom, plus a surprising Japanese‑style smart toilet; breakfast was simple but varied enough with good coffee, and the staff were kind and helpful, making the stay a pleasant surprise and good value for money. However, when I arrived after 22:00, the dining room was noisy with other guests, although my room on the fourth floor stayed quiet.
