We arrived early and were let in anyway; we paid at the hotel and the rate didn't match the Booking rate, and the explanation we received was not very clear.

The food was tasty, but a staff member seemed jealous; when I asked for something, she got annoyed, threw items, and when I asked her if something was wrong, she responded firmly and then changed her attitude. This only happened with me, because there were several gentlemen from a company who were desperate to be served well, and she laughed and everything.
