The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the on‑site facilities—including a town map, access to e‑bikes and scooters for downtown exploration, a coffee bar, and continuous infused water—were all excellent; nothing was lacking, making it an outstanding experience for both of us, a local and a visitor from Arizona.

The staff were kind, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, the hotel was overbooked and I had trouble checking in even though I had booked months ahead.

The room was noisy at night because of all the traffic, and the pool and hot tub were so dirty that we couldn’t use them at all.

The location was great; we could walk to see Mamma Mia and, if we didn’t mind a longer walk, we could reach downtown on foot or by bike. The hotel was also close to the parks, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, and the room was spacious with a full kitchen. The shower felt a little outdated, and because some guests used the kitchen, there were occasionally food odors in the hallways. The breakfast option was available, but the fruit could be fresher—the bananas were brown and overripe. Adding fresher fruit would be an easy improvement.

The room was excellent, the beds were comfy, and it was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for accessing downtown.
