The room itself is passable, but the staff clearly don’t know how to run a hotel: it took 40 minutes to check in, they tried to overcharge me, then claimed I’d booked two rooms (which the app proves false), they were generally rude and even tried to rush me out before the agreed check‑in time. Don’t bother upgrading because the manager insists all rooms are identical, even calling a slightly opening window a balcony.

We were blown away by the hotel's location and the stunning views from the dining area in the morning. The food was top-notch, and you could really tell the chef put his heart into it. The room was spotless and super cozy, making our stay even more enjoyable than we expected. It was a really pleasant surprise.
