The receptionists, cooks, security, etc. were accommodating, but I didn't like that there was no vehicle to make trips easier.

The worst part was that no one welcomed us, no help with luggage, and we were given a room key for a room already occupied, so there was no privacy; dinner and lunch were awful, and breakfast was really bad—nothing to like.
