“Stunning location”

The location is amazing—calm water surrounded by tropical hills and facing two large sandy beaches, with easy snorkeling right off the beach. Bring your gear and protect your feet from the corals and rocks; there are plenty of fish, starfish, and even people walking on the beach. The sunsets are stunning. The staff are friendly and keep the local vibe alive. Food was nice, but the variety was limited; more local dishes, from simple fruit to seafood, would have been welcome. We also found table games we didn’t know about, and after dinner there was nothing else to do.

“Very happy and enjoyed the walking in the morning and use of the pool for the rest of the day.”

Breakfast was great, as were all the other meals. The staff were very obliging and friendly, handling any request efficiently. Nothing really stood out as negative.

The beachside spot was great, but the weather was very overcast and a bit cool to swim in the sea, which disappointed me – no fault of the hotel, of course.

“A peaceful comfortable haven, just what we needed to recharge after a lots of of travelling.”

The mattresses were beautiful, the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in anywhere, and the complimentary breakfast was the best, far surpassing what most resorts offer; dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and high quality. The pool was a great size, lovely and clean, with plenty of lounge chairs and shade umbrellas for guests. Everyone on staff was very friendly and caring, happy to chat. On the downside, the resort had no record of our booking at check‑in, though they were quick to accommodate us. The location lacked access to shops, but it was very beautiful and peaceful. At the bar, some staff were excellent while others seemed a bit unsure and might need more training.
