The food, service, and staff were okay. The courtyard is great for meetings and for smokers. Rooms aren’t checked for functionality; loose taps and no hot water for an entire week, despite several complaints. This seems to apply at least to that floor. The hotel doesn’t respond to emails or WhatsApp messages.

Nothing about the hotel is good; it's extremely old and filthy, a real demolition site.
