“Irene was great and the location is excellent”

Irene was fantastic, and we didn’t anticipate paying extra city taxes. The shower was very small, and not all staff spoke basic English, but Irene did her best to help us with recommendations.

Excellent location, close to everything! The TV could be a smart TV; it has many channels, but for kids a smart TV makes a difference.

“Great location in th historic area, clean, safe with helpful staff.”

Great safe, location close to Piazza Nuova, the Pantheon, right on the pedestrian street with businesses and a two minute walk to a taxi stand that always had taxis in the morning if needed. Clean spacious room. Irene, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave good directions and tips for the taxi driver when dropping us off. The common kitchen area with a microwave and dishes was a bonus for being able eat some of our meals in the room. Given its age, the building has character. Even though we had good directions when we first arrived, it was still a little confusing finding the reception area on the second floor as we missed seeing the old style elevator and think the second floor was actually what we’d consider the third floor. The first thing we saw when entering the building was a broken window in the entrance hallway which didn’t give a positive first impression, but once getting to the reception area and then our room, everything was meticulous and well kept
