The reception was very friendly and the price‑performance ratio was excellent; we paid the local tax and dog fee on site, but during the drive home a call arrived claiming those amounts were still outstanding. That call was not only annoying but unnecessary – a quick look at our own accounts would have sufficed. The front‑desk staff wanted to “clarify” the issue, but even after repeated inquiries we still have not received a response. Only after confronting us with already paid amounts did the silence resume – no clarification, no apology. A stay does not end at checkout, and this final impression unfortunately outweighed everything else.

“Goede plek om de Saillant van Saint Mihiel te verkennen”

The room was small, the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water, the beds were good, breakfast was outstanding, Wi‑Fi was fine, and the price‑quality ratio was good; I highly recommend the owner’s restaurant. There wasn’t much else.
