“Razoável.”
The place was close to the city center, but the bed had a hard mattress, there were only stairs with no lift or accessibility, no one helped with luggage, and breakfast was served on the top floor.

Atendimento. A cama parece ser feita de concreto. Nunca "dormi" tão mal na minha vida

The team was extremely helpful, always eager to meet our requests, and the location was fantastic—right near everything! I highly recommend it. Nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was good, but there was no mirror in the room; a long mirror would have been nice.

We liked the location and the cleanliness, but the mattress was hard.
