We’re all about the simple, rustic charm of Agriturismos—working farms or vineyards offering clean rooms. If you’re after a Ritz‑style stay, look elsewhere. For authentic, generous Slovenian hospitality, we give this place a perfect 10. A day before arrival, Dejan reached out and invited us to a 4‑course homemade dinner at a very reasonable price, and we jumped at the chance. The meal was wonderfully serendipitous, paired with Dejan’s excellent wine from his own vineyard, in a gorgeous wood‑panelled room overlooking the vineyard at sunset. Breakfast was equally excellent and plentiful. Agriturismos aren’t for everyone, but if you appreciate them, this one is fantastic. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night.
