The meals were good and offered great value; the spot and view were superb, making it a solid pick for families, though a driver’s lounge for long‑term guests would be nice.

The food was good and the staff specially the restaurant and Mr. Vandiver who kept the activities to engage the guests in the evening. Went with positive reviews and booked this hotel inspite of bieng a Sterling member which had 2 properties in Kodaikanal. First of all there is no view from any room secondly except for the good weather there are not much activities to do in this property. WiFi connection will remind you of 2G days. Above all found RATS in our room which also happens to be the closest room to the restaurant so not sure about how well maintained their kitchen is. The staff also needs some training in hospitality, when a guest is complaining about rats in the room with proof then the least they could have done is offered something to comfort the guest for the inconvinence but instead of apologizing they asked for 500 odd rupees for few video games that my Kid played. We paid almost 15k per night for 3 nights, so obviously 500 doesnt make any difference but it's the gesture that would have atleast left Sone decent experience to take away. Feels like 45k we spent was a waste, a good homestay would have been better option. I would not recommend this to anyone
