The accommodation is stunning and the staff are very helpful; both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and we would love to return. The only downside is that the wellness area opens only at 16:00, and it would have been nice to access it earlier on bad weather days.

The staff are friendly, the food is good, the modern and welcoming facilities are great, and the chef personally takes care of guests.

The dinner buffet offered different options each day. My room had a balcony and was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, and the hotel is a 10‑minute walk from the cable car. After a day of hiking, I could relax in the spa. I would have rated the hotel as 4 stars!

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, welcome, availability, friendliness, and great cuisine. The owners and staff are exquisite and special. Thank you! There is absolutely nothing negative.
