The location, the size of the rooms, and the staff's attitude were all great, and there was nothing to complain about.

I was disappointed when the staff handed me a room that was still occupied, claiming they couldn't find the reason for the bags and then moved me to a used room. The person arrived at 2am wanting to check in. Despite the mildew on the walls, the sheets being smaller than the bed, and the general hygiene being subpar with common areas always having something broken or non‑functional, the night of sleep was still very good.

However, the overall service level is very low, with many details such as unclean breakfast tables, missing cutlery, and a lack of items in the room, including soap refills. These are small things, but they illustrate the hotel's poor standards.
