A lovely setting, but the price doesn’t match the quality.

The surroundings, the booking, the greenery, and the hotel architecture were great, and the staff and guides were attentive. The restaurant disappointed me; I didn’t like the buffet food at all. Maintenance was lacking, and the smoking terrace was dirty all night, with ashtrays and cups left uncleaned the next day.

The design concept, which blends nature with wood, is impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special shout‑out goes to the museum, which is free, and the young guide who provided great information and accompanied us on the tour. The rooms are small, and the booking site doesn’t specify the different room sizes available at the hotel complex.

“Foi uma experiencia incrível”

Everything was wonderful, the hotel is a delight. It feels like a dream. The only issue is the ambient music, which is too lively and didn’t match the space.

“Hermoso y mágico lugar para descansar”

I fell in love with the place, it felt like a dream and I’ll definitely return. The bathroom had problems: the chain was broken and when I was in room 107 the door was swollen; I switched rooms, but the other one had cracked glass in 306, which is dangerous, especially with the wind. Those rooms should be shut down.
