The room was very dirty, the bed was already old and yellow, the tower was old, and the floor was filthy. The staff was not helpful at all. Everything was very bad; it should not be mentioned as a hotel.

The front desk girl speaks English fluently and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located near the beach. The air conditioner wasn’t working in the first room, so they changed my room.
