I booked through booking, traveled 12 hours to get there, and sent several messages before and on the day of my stay. When I arrived late at night they told me my reservation wasn’t confirmed because they claimed they had called all day, but the signal never drops from my hometown to Ibarra, and I never had a missed call; I showed them my phone and they didn’t know what to say. It felt disrespectful to be told that at that hour, and after writing all day with no reply, the reception lady was zero empathy. I do not recommend this place at all.

The location was good, but the bathroom had no spot for soap or shampoo, the water would gush out in bursts or be too hot or cold, the shower was very narrow, and the room itself was tight.
