The hotel was very nice, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel sits in a central location and offers large rooms with lovely bathrooms; the breakfast was decent and the cappuccino was really good, yet the chairs in the breakfast restaurant need replacing because they’re low and worn out.

The location in Naples’ historic quarter is exceptional and the breakfast is very good, but the décor feels impersonal.

Breakfast was very good, the elevator worked well, and the shower was powerful, yet the room was extremely hot, the AC didn’t perform well, and the pillows were terrible—hard as rocks.
