The spot was great. The host was friendly and very helpful. I felt like I was the first guest in a while. There was a lot of dust on top of the lamps, side tables and mugs in the kitchen, and the kitchen and the toilet are very close to each other.

Kaza Kokos feels like a tropical escape in San Diego. The décor is a funky mix of island‑related furnishings with photos and memorabilia from Bali and similar places. Chris, the owner, was very attentive, checking in several times to make sure my stay was going smoothly. The only thing missing from my room was an easy chair to read or relax in; otherwise it was nicely furnished with the usual amenities plus a small area for preparing meals, coffee, etc.

We were very satisfied with the location, facilities and cleanliness! The tasteful décor and the terrace were also very nice. It was pretty quiet.
