The hotel was spotless and the food was tasty, but I wish there were more evening activities available.
The people here are amazing, everyone is so kind and helpful.
I loved all the pools and the water park for kids.
The food was great too, I had no complaints.

The stay was amazing, the staff were outstanding, and the facilities and food were top quality, but the only downside was that we couldn’t go to the beach because of the zargazo.

Dear Manager of Dreams Flora Resort & Spa (Punta Cana), I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a very unpleasant and dangerous incident that occurred during our check‑out from the hotel this morning. Our flight from Punta Cana Airport was scheduled for 7:10 a.m., and we had arranged our airport transfer through the hotel’s front desk. When we arrived at the lobby, we immediately noticed a heated discussion taking place near the minivan. A man was yelling and behaving aggressively toward the hotel employees, which was already very concerning, especially as we were travelling with our two children, who became frightened by the situation. As we hurried to get into the minivan, the situation became even more alarming. The man started hitting the windows of the vehicle. He was striking the class so aggressively that he broke the window frame next to where our daughter was sitting. At that moment, we genuinely feared for our physical safety and for the safety of our children. We were shocked that a situation involving such aggressive and threatening behaviour was allowed to escape to this point without adequate intervention or security measures to protect hotel guests. We chose Dreams Flora Resort & Spa expecting a safe and comfortable experience for our family. Unfortunately, the way this incident was handled during our departure left us extremely disappointed and concerned. We would appreciate a clear explanation of what happened, why the situation was allowed to escape to the point where a guest’s safety was endangered, and what measures the hotel intends to take to prevent a similar incident from happening again. We look forward to hearing from you promptly regarding this serious matter. Sincerely
