Super hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is huge, and there’s a big plus for all the free products, snacks, and drinks! The hotel is charming. I recommend it. The karaoke next door is noisy at night.

The atmosphere and the available products were good, and part of the staff (two men) were efficient. Arriving at 8 am from the airport, we left our luggage at reception; when we returned at 1 pm we asked to reclaim the room, which was possible but required an extra 50 € for the two hours before 3 pm. That was not very fair, especially since the room was ready. The basement room (161) had a window at the level of car exhausts, and I was woken at 6 am by noise and, more importantly, the smell of a car exhaust filling the room—quite dangerous. Two male staff members tried to address the issue, but it took time to eliminate the odor. When we left, nothing was said and no apology was offered.

The location was good, but it's strange that the hotel is described as a boutique hotel and this wasn't mentioned in the description.

The staff were nice, but I didn't realize it was a love hotel until the night before we left.
