The accommodation was lovely, tucked in a leafy, quiet residential area away from the tourist crowds but still within easy walking distance of major bus lines (62, 64) and top restaurants and services. We even walked to Termini train station in a pleasant 25 minutes! The owner is kind and down to earth, working hard to keep the rooms immaculately clean and well maintained in the charming villa. I’ll stay again and recommend it—you won’t be disappointed.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the flexibility with the late check‑in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The facility was well‑maintained, clean, and located in one of Rome’s quietest districts. Michela was available, reserved, and very kind. We couldn’t have chosen better! We felt at home even though we were kilometers away. Thank you!
