The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The breakfast and evening meals were also outstanding
Perfectly located in the heart of Bampton
The hotel was spotlessly clean

“Lovely place, would stay there again.”
The historic charm was strong, staff were very friendly and eager to help, and the location was central and convenient. The bathroom was very small.
“Very pleasant indeed”
What a lovely place! The staff were welcoming and attentive, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the decor throughout was lovely. Nothing to mention otherwise.
“Will definitely return”
The décor was beautiful, the cosy bar area lovely, staff were very friendly and the manager was great even though they were short‑staffed. Nothing to note.
“Great place to stay and would certainly come back”
The location was fantastic, the staff friendly and very helpful, and the room comfortable. Nothing to dislike.
“Ellie was so helpful and gave us a late checkout so we could use the room longer in preparation for our daughters weddin”
We stayed in a superior double room that was a very good size.
