The décor and amenities were tasteful and the location was beautiful right on the water, with friendly and helpful managers on site; however, when temperatures dropped the heating failed in some areas and when outside temperatures fell below 10 °C heavy condensation formed on the front windows, blocking the view, which was unpleasant.
