Merced Rooms

The only good parts were the host’s attention and politeness, and the cleanliness. I was upset that my stuff was disrespected; I had to switch beds because another guest moved my belongings and left them on the floor. The hostel also didn’t have a lockable locker, so my things were left unprotected.

“Disastroso e il proprietario è stato scortese.”

I never liked the place at all. The rooms felt like prisons, with no furniture, only beds with dull gray iron frames that had nothing to do with the photos on Booking. There was no coat rack or table/chair to put things on, everything was on the floor, and there were no lockers or a safe to store valuables before leaving. I arrived around 2 am on the first night and saw no one; everyone was sleeping. The next day was a mess. In the afternoon, after a long walk around the city, exhausted, a lady who spoke French with broken English appeared. She pointed to a single bed with a backpack on the mattress, clearly occupied, and seemed to want that bed. She later asked a guy who had just arrived that afternoon, who had a single bed next to the one she pointed to, if that bed (with the backpack on it) was free, and I told him I didn’t know. Shortly after, the hostel owner sent me a message asking which bed I was using, without even greeting me first, and after I didn’t reply immediately, he literally wrote “answer immediately” after two minutes.

“Bad.”

The only bright spot was the location. Everything else was filthy, nothing matched the photos, the beds were totally different, and the top bunk lacked a safety bar on one side and was next to a window. I felt very uneasy the whole time I was there.

Наверное только месторасположение. Нету кухни где можно поесть или места где просто посидеть. Туалеты ужасно грязные, кабинки очень узкие и с моим ростом 190 было внутри некомфортно. В комнате нет никаких ящиков и тумбочек
