The room layout was awkward, with the fridge and kitchen counter inside the bedroom and the wardrobe in the sitting area. It also felt poorly maintained; the furniture and bathroom fixtures were old, some sockets didn’t work, and the space looked neglected. There was only one bedside table for a double bed, with no nearby socket, and there was neither a proper luggage surface nor a desk or chair. It was also inappropriate to be asked not to leave the bathroom light on during the night. In short, this property did not deliver the comfort or standard expected, even for a short stay.
