Nothing good, honestly. The service was awful, the door wouldn’t shut properly, and I felt it was the worst spot I’ve ever been to.

“Amazing experience.”

I stayed there last week with my wife and we had an amazing time. The staff Zaid and Zakaria were fantastic, super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond – they’re a real asset to the hotel. The room was spotless, and the cleaner did a great job making sure it was fresh each night; it felt like a brand‑new room every time. Breakfast was included and the food came from a cafe/restaurant, which was lovely and really enhanced the Moroccan experience. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the old city, city centre, and the beach, or a 5‑10 minute taxi ride. I’ll definitely return and I can’t recommend it more to anyone visiting Tangier. I give this hotel 5 stars. Nothing was lacking – everything was amazing.

“Estafa”

The room was clean and everything was new. The location is forty minutes on foot from the main attractions. The TV didn’t work. There was a lot of traffic noise at night, and staff on the ground floor talked loudly, keeping me from resting. They started throwing away debris at 11:30 pm. They claimed breakfast was included, but it was missing for both days I stayed. If you’re planning a weekend to explore the city, I don’t recommend it.
