The location is great and the staff were very helpful, even finding a way for us to reach the train station (though the public transport in Imperia is quite limited, which isn’t the hotel’s fault). The room smelled of cold cigarette smoke, the bathroom was tiny, and the breakfast was disappointing—just a fresh croissant and some packaged industrial cakes. There was no bread at all! A better breakfast could have been offered without raising the price.

The price was like a single‑room deal in France, no cups in the tiny shower, and the croissant was just a basic one—breakfast was very minimal.

The room was dirty and neglected. The bathroom was extremely small, and the worst part was the lack of cleanliness—hair and mold everywhere, even in spots that should have been cleaned daily. You could hear the neighbour scratching their head. Two staff members in the kitchen were shouting and arguing, making me want to leave immediately. I couldn’t get any rest.

There was no accommodation due to overbooking, so I’m waiting for a refund of my reservation. When will I get back what I paid plus the extra expenses at the hostel?

When we arrived, they charged us €8 for parking. The room’s trash bins hadn’t been emptied and I found pimples in the bed.
