The breakfast, view, and parking were easy, and the staff were AMAZING—so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madeira. The location was wonderful as well, and the only minor complaint was that we had two twin beds pushed together, which wasn’t ideal traveling with a spouse.

Everything was great. The structure was fantastic, the garden beautiful, and the breakfast area looked like something out of a novel. The breakfast was super abundant and tasty.

Everything was perfect: the location was unusual and lovely, breakfasts were super, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the gardens were beautiful. Nothing negative.

The location was great, close to Funchal’s center, staff were very nice and helpful, and there was a private parking garage with a designated spot.
