First arrival in Azerbaijan was lovely. The property is easy to reach, and the new owners are attentive in every detail; the balcony room has good heating, and the on‑site restaurant offers a menu for 300 TL which is very cheap. However, when the room was cleaned the balcony was forgotten and left dusty. If you pay cash you get a discount, but the bargaining feels a bit off. Street musicians play loudly, the breakfast is mediocre and would be better skipped; the staircase has 42 steps, which becomes difficult after a few minutes.

The staff were polite and the place was clean. A huge plus was that you could smoke in the room. I missed breakfast, but the staff arranged everything as promised and the breakfast was waiting for me at reception.

The TV in the room was not working and there was no television at all. A noisy sound came from the kitchen, and there was no soundproofing. The key was not delivered until 80 hours later, and there was no post terminal for card payments.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it's super close to everything you want to see in Bristol, which was a big plus for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfy with a lovely balcony that was a nice touch. Overall, I was really happy with my stay here and would definitely recommend it.
