There was nothing positive. The cleaning was not done; the bathroom was poorly cleaned and had a lot of hair left behind. The refrigerator’s contents were unknown, the concept was missing, and the fridge smelled strongly. When I showed the reservation form at check‑in, the staff asked if I was staying that day, showing terrible service. I was told the restaurant opens at 6:00, but when that time came the lights were off and nothing was ready; the food quality was too low. The lobby was dark and unpleasant.
